Request Copy of Data
Residents of the State of California or Nevada may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
Request to Delete Data
You may request that your Personal Information (if any) be deleted. If your information was already sold, shared, or transferred to a Partner or Third Party (including but not limited to a Financial Institution or Costomer Relationship Manager (CRM)), additional requests may need to be sent to those Companies as well.
Do Not Sell / Opt Out
In order to submit a Web Form or Finance Application you must indicate that you "Opt In" to having your information sold, shared, or transferred. In order to "Opt Out" from having your information sold, shared, or transferred you must refrain from submitting a Web Form or Finance Application as that type of action implies that you are opting in. Personal Information is not shared unless a Web Form or Finance Application is submitted.

For all requests, you must put the statement "California Privacy Rights" or "Nevada Privacy Rights" in the body and/or subject of your request as well as your full name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Lack of proper identifying information may result in us not finding a match for your Personal Information. Please note requests must be made by mail or e-mail. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information or postage.
Auto Park does not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 16 to participate in any services offered on our website which require the submission of Personal Information including but not limited to Web Forms or Financial Applications. If we learn that a user is under 16 and has submitted Personal Information to us, we will delete their Personal Information.
