We understand how important to you fast, safe, reliable and inexpensive shipping is, therefore we use reliable transportation companies to deliver the vehicle to your door in the same condition it left our dealership. The vehicle could be delivered within United States, to Canada and also worldwide. We are not the responsible party for any loading, unloading, or driving the truck, Auto Park will not be held liable for any claims arising from vehicle shipping, delays, or damage incurred while in transit. All claims are between the buyer and the shipping company. Auto Park will ensure that the shipping company is fully insured before releasing the vehicle. If you chose to pick up the vehicle personally we are located about 15 minutes from O’Hare and 35 minutes from Midway airport. Deposit
Many times having multiple potential customers for the same vehicle we cannot hold the vehicle without at least five hundred dollars deposit which is good for five business days. If the vehicle is not purchased within those five days, it goes back on sale. Deposit is not refundable unless the vehicle is purchased, then the deposit goes toward the price of the vehicle. Sale Fees and Taxes
Purchasers are responsible for all Sales Tax, Registration and Documentary Fee's applicable to the State, County and City of Registration.
Methods of Payment
Payment must be cashier's check, bank wire transfer, Zelle transfers, cash in person and or credit/debit card in person (the buyer is responsible for credit/debit card payment processing fees for payments over $500).

We aim to describe the cosmetic and mechanical condition of the vehicle as accurate as possible. All descriptions are strictly our professional opinion based on the year and mileage of the vehicle and in no way on a brand new vehicle. Though we make every effort to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, fobs, manuals, floor mats, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Please review all of the pictures for more details keeping in mind that visual inspection is more accurate than details perceived in a picture. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the existence and condition of any equipment listed. Auto Park is not responsible for misprints on prices or equipment. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of the prices, including the pricing for all added accessories. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Please do not rely on our descriptions only. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm all vehicle options, accessories, modifications, condition, factory paint codes, etc. with the vehicle manufacturer or a third party inspection service. Auto Park encourages third party vehicle inspections and can assist with this process within reason.
